Improving the human potential in any organisation or company requires careful planning in conjunction with a well-developed human resources strategy. Developing existing employees to perform optimally is a key component in managing people effectively. Once appointed, new employees require the correct on-board training to better understand the company’s ethos, control systems and brand.
The aim of this course is to introduce the students to the continuous process of systematic planning and how to achieve optimum use of an organization’s most valuable assets namely quality employees. This includes important activities associated with defining job specifications and how to ensure the best fit between employees and jobs, while avoiding manpower shortages or surpluses.
The course has been developed for human resource specialists who operate in organisations with high volumes of employees with a strong focus on employee development and company growth in mind.
This module can be completed as a stand-alone module once Module 1 has been successfully completed.
