Performance Development in any company or organisation is a continuous process and involves both the employee and their supervisor. Supervisors and managers are also responsible for the development of the employee’s performance over time. Performance management is about setting clear and measurable objectives for each employee.
The aim of this course is to introduce the students to frameworks and concepts to create work environments where employees are encouraged to develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities, which in turn improves an organization’s effectiveness. Well-run performance management and development systems provide staff with clear work and career objectives and plenty of opportunities for feedback and discussion.
The course has been developed for the human resource specialists who wants to improve their own understanding of human resources development and how to create learning opportunities and who wants to improve their own organization’s performance levels.
